Unfortunately, too many responded here that they love their job but hate their boss - a massive 42%.....

Emailing is the most common way to communicate with the boss - sadly "face to face" is not at the top in today's day and age.....
An inspiring boss is an ideal boss! .....
Condescending is a characteristic of the boss we dislike the most, followed by those who are rude.....
25% of bosses stress out their employees 100% of the time at work - yikes!.....

We looked into whether employees felt that their relationships with colleagues at work could improve. Results tell us that YES, they can. 61% felt they could improve A LOT which shows there is some work to do!
We looked at the change in feelings towards a boss from when they first joined the company. We wanted to see if there was improvement after working with them and getting to know them or the opposite. Our results are promising.
Latest results on feelings towards co-workers. Again, promising results but still a proportion who cannot stand who they work with so this confirms the finding above that definitely some work could be done here.
