Swearing at work

We surveyed thousands of people to ask if they swore at their boss. These were the results of the Global survey of 5 Continents and 7 Territories around the UK who answered YES, they did swear at their boss! It turns out employees in Europe are those more likely to swear at their boss along with those in London and The South of the UK.

Socialising with colleagues and bosses

Many of us would never dream of going bowling with our bosses or nipping to the pub for a quick drink after work but a lot of us are OK with it. This survey found an interesting difference between those more happy to socialise with their colleagues over their bosses. Here is a graphical representation of the results illustrating the differences of how often colleagues and bosses socialise. 33% NEVER socialise with their boss but 16% go everyday for a drink....

Most would discuss and confront their manager at difficult times

Are you the type of person to keep your head down, say nothing and be miserable if things were not right at work? Our survey found that quite promisingly only 4% of people actually do that in the real world but the majority, 77%, would discuss and confront any issues with their manager or boss to resolve them and move on.
